1. Agreement
By browsing this website, placing an order, paying online (including via Payflex or other payment methods we offer), collecting goods, or booking workshop work, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refunds & Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Who we sell to
We supply performance parts, fuel-system hardware and related accessories, plus ECU/TCU calibration and workshop labour, primarily for VW and Audi vehicles. Orders are accepted from customers who can legally contract in South Africa. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
3. Products and pricing
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, stock levels and product descriptions can change without notice until your order is paid and confirmed.
- Images are for illustration. Fitment depends on make, model, engine code and supporting hardware — confirm compatibility before ordering if you are unsure.
- We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or we cannot verify payment or delivery details. If payment was taken, we will refund you.
4. Orders and payment
- An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance happens when we confirm the order and/or dispatch or make goods ready for collection.
- Online checkout may offer card, EFT, Payflex or other gateways enabled on the site. Payment plans (including Payflex) are subject to that provider’s own terms as well as ours.
- Title in goods passes to you once we have received full payment (or, for financed checkouts, once the payment provider confirms the transaction to us) and we have released the goods.
- Risk in goods passes on collection by you or handover to a courier.
5. Workshop services and remaps
- Calibration and labour are quoted for the vehicle and hardware presented. Results vary with mechanical condition, fuel quality, supporting parts and manufacturer software.
- We may refuse or pause work if the vehicle is unsafe, has unresolved mechanical faults, or the requested calibration is inappropriate.
- ECU/TCU files and labour are custom services. Once a file has been written to a vehicle or delivered digitally, it is generally non-returnable except where we made an error — see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
- You remain responsible for roadworthiness, insurance disclosure and local legal requirements after any modification.
6. Delivery, collection and shipping
Collection from our Johannesburg workshop and courier options are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy. That policy sets eligibility, timeframes and how to request a return or refund. It is not a blanket “no refunds” rule.
8. Warranties and liability
- Manufacturer warranties may apply to new parts where the brand provides them. Used or clearance parts are sold as described and may have limited or no warranty — we will state this where known.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including downtime, lost business or related mechanical damage) arising from use of parts or calibrations, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and calibration Intellectual Property remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, redistribute or resell our files without written permission.
10. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order applies to that order.
